In the city of Lancaster, a tragic incident unfolded as a four-year-old boy lost his life on Friday when an errant bullet struck him in the upper body. The unfortunate event occurred during a road rage incident, as reported by the Los Angeles Times. A man, involved in the road rage, fired multiple shots into the family's car, leading to the child's fatal injury.
Seated in the rear of the vehicle, the young boy was immediately taken to a hospital by his parents, where medical professionals pronounced him dead. Fortunately, the parents themselves did not sustain any injuries during the harrowing incident.
The incident transpired at around 7:30 pm local time as the family was driving on Sierra Highway in Lancaster, according to the Los Angeles police.
