A helicopter transporting Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu, reportedly deviated from its originally scheduled flight path while traveling from Visakhapatnam to Araku. The Air Traffic Control (ATC) promptly notified the pilot of the deviation, prompting the helicopter to return to its designated route. After securing ATC clearance to resume its correct course, the helicopter proceeded and safely reached its destination in Araku.
The incident occurred as Naidu was en route to Araku to participate in a public outreach program, marking the second public meeting in North Andhra as part of the outreach initiative following an earlier event in Bobbili.
Noteworthy is the recent announcement by TDP regarding an extensive outreach program titled 'Raa-Kadaliraa,' scheduled from January 5 to 29. As part of this initiative, Naidu is set to address public meetings in all 22 Lok Sabha constituencies in anticipation of the upcoming general elections later this year.
