"Justice was guaranteed by the Indian judiciary," the prime minister said at the Ayodhya event

After the 'pran pratishtha' ceremony in Ayodhya, Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his gratitude to the judiciary on Monday, emphasizing that justice prevailed in the legal battle over the existence of Lord Ram.

Speaking at a gathering, PM Modi expressed appreciation for the Indian judiciary, acknowledging the decades-long legal dispute and the role of the courts. He remarked, "The legal battle over the existence of Lord Ram went on for decades. I would like to express my gratitude to the judiciary of India for doing justice."

Reflecting on the consecration ceremony held inside the sanctum sanctorum of the Ram temple, the Prime Minister shared his experience, stating that he could still feel the divine vibrations from the event.

The significant 2019 verdict by the Supreme Court allocated the entire 2.77 acres of disputed land in Ayodhya for the construction of the Ram temple by a trust. Additionally, the court mandated the allotment of five acres of land at a 'prominent site' in Ayodhya for the construction of a mosque.

On Monday, during the 'pran pratishtha' ceremony, the new idol of Ram Lalla was consecrated in Ayodhya, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi leading the event. The occasion was marked by various rituals, including flower petals showered by army helicopters. Following the ceremony, Modi prostrated himself before the newly consecrated idol.

The Prime Minister, accompanied by dignitaries like Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, addressed a gathering of approximately 8,000 individuals, including seers, Ram Janmabhoomi movement participants, and notable figures from various fields.
