The incident, captured in a widely shared video on social media, depicts Pamela Bradshaw's emotional reaction as she falls to the ground upon hearing the announcement of her lottery win during the New Year's Rockin' Eve event hosted by Ryan Seacrest.
Pamela Bradshaw, who had never previously visited New York City, secured a VIP trip to the city through a second-chance drawing organized by the state lottery. She was one of the five Powerball players selected nationwide with the chance to win a substantial prize of $1 million.
Ryan Seacrest enthusiastically declared her as the winner shortly after midnight, leading to Bradshaw's emotional collapse on stage.
