In an interview with Russia's RT News, Alipov underscores Russia's reputation in India as a dependable and genuinely supportive ally, highlighting its consistent commitment to non-interference in domestic matters and the maintenance of respectful and trustworthy relations, which stands in stark contrast to the actions of Western counterparts.
Alipov goes on to reveal that US officials have openly admitted their objective of severing ties between New Delhi and Moscow, even resorting to the threat of secondary sanctions to achieve their aims. Looking back on the previous year, Alipov observes a qualitative transformation in bilateral relations between Russia and India, with optimistic projections for further progress in 2024.
